Vw Jetta Tdi Battery Drain

Lots of talk about process but the process didn t fix this one.

Vw jetta tdi battery drain. First i nad to replace my battery about 4 years ago now. I ended up replacing my primary cooling fa. Every time i leave it for more than a day the battery is flat. With the ignition off and the key out i ve put a multimeter across the fuse.

Follow along as i find the battery drain on this 2003 jetta tdi. My 2002 jetta tdi battery keeps running down. Comes and goes not all the time. My vw mechanic has no answer.

Vw finally agreed it was the radio kept draining battery even though it didn t work and replaced it but i got stuck paying for installation and a new alternator. I ve taken it to the dealer i ve taken it to auto electricians but nobody can find what s draining it.

Then the alternator was bad. Just putting a battery charger on for a few minutes. I have a 2010 jetta tdi wagon. The car radio will sometimes want a code but this will come up days later from when the car will not start.

2011 tdi jetta with battery draining problems. Jun 29 2013 2006 volkswagen jetta. I ve taken all the courtesy lights out and i m starting to get a tad pissed off with it now. The third battery was installed last fall.

The radio stopped working about a year ago then the battery kept dying. To get the car started takes very little. Then that battery and the replacement turned out to be bad batteries.
